While we are not a home health or nursing agency, we partner with our parent company, Quantum Consulting Group, to offer optional mental health counseling for clients who want added emotional support.

In many cases, yes. Home personal care may be covered through Medicaid waiver programs, the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS), or other state-funded community-based services. Yes. All of our personal care providers are carefully vetted, trained, and experienced in delivering high-quality, non-clinical support. Depending on the service level, our caregivers may hold certifications such as Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In addition to meeting state requirements, every team member completes specialized training in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ affirmation, disability justice, and legacy-preserving practices. We ensure quality through a comprehensive system of supervision, training, and client feedback. Every caregiver is onboarded with track-specific cultural training, shadowing, and skills evaluation. Once services begin, we conduct routine supervisory check-ins, monthly care plan reviews, and 48-hour satisfaction calls after the first visit. Our Program Coordinator and Clinical Consultant oversee care delivery, and all staff are monitored for reliability, professionalism, and cultural alignment. Yes, absolutely. We believe that trust, comfort, and cultural fit are essential to good care. During the intake process, we’ll ask about your preferences—including language, gender, personality, cultural background, and any specific needs or concerns. Based on this, we’ll match you with a caregiver who aligns with your identity and values. In the case of an emergency, it’s always best to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. However, if you need urgent but non-emergency care at home, such as immediate attention for a wound, medication management, or care after an injury, our team is available for urgent home visits. We’re here to offer quick, efficient care, ensuring you stay safe and comfortable while avoiding unnecessary hospital visits.
